Eligibility
- Open to artists worldwide, aged 18 or above.
- All visual art forms are accepted, including painting, sculpture, photography, digital art, and mixed media.
- Both emerging and established artists welcome to apply.
Prizes
Each category (Traditional and Photography) gets $500 total

Judging Criteria
Submissions are evaluated based on the following:
- Artistic Merit: Demonstration of skill, creativity, and originality.
- Interpretation of Theme: How effectively the artwork conveys the award’s theme.
- Visual Impact: Overall aesthetic appeal and emotional resonance.
- Composition and Design: Effective use of artistic principles to create a cohesive piece.
Submission Guidelines
- File Format: High-resolution images in JPEG or PNG format.
- File Size: Each image should not exceed 2MB.
- Deadline: Submissions must be received by 11:59 PM (CST) on May 31st, 2025.
- Entry Fee: A non-refundable fee of $30 USD for 3 works / $10 USD for each additional work
- Early Bird– A nonrefundable fee of $20 for 3 works/ $10 for each additional work
How to Enter
- Complete the online submission form on our website.
- Upload your artwork images as specified in the guidelines.
- Submit the entry fee through our secure payment portal.
Terms and Conditions
- Artists retain all rights to their work.
- By entering, artists grant AweSnapp the right to use submitted images for promotional purposes.
- Entries must be original works created by the submitting artist.
- Previously awarded artworks are not eligible for the annual award.
If you can’t submit online, email your entry to contact@awesnapp.com with:
- Your name, Email, Website, and Country
- Title and Medium of each Artwork
- Artwork images : Filename Must include Name of artist and title of artwork (JPEG, JPG, PNG, max 2MB)
We’ll send you an invoice for the entry fee, which will be dependent on the number of images sent. Submissions will be confirmed within 2-3 business days.
