FAQ – AweSnapp Artist Award
1. Who can enter the AweSnapp Artist Award?
The competition is open to artists worldwide, aged 18 and older. All experience levels are welcome, and we accept a wide range of 2D and 3D mediums.
2. What types of artwork are eligible?
We accept original 2D and 3D artworks, including paintings, drawings, photography, digital art, and sculpture. All work must be created by the submitting artist.
3. How do I submit my entry?
You can submit your entry through our online application form. If you experience any issues, you may email your submission to contact@awesnapp.com, and we’ll send an invoice for the entry fee based on the number of images submitted.
4. What are the prizes?
There are two types of awards offered:
Annual Artist Award – 1st Edition:
The total prize pool is $1,000 in cash awards. Winners also receive artist interviews, a feature in our newsletter, social media promotion, and a digital certificate.Monthly Themed Awards:
One Winner a month receives a $100 cash prize, free entry into the Annual Artist Award, and a feature in our email newsletter.
5. How are winners selected?
Submissions are judged based on creativity, technical skill, emotional impact, and presentation. The AweSnapp team and anonymous guest jurors carefully review all entries.
6. What is the entry fee?
Entry fees vary depending on the number of artworks submitted. Full details are available on the submission page. Please note that entry fees are non-refundable.
7. How are cash prizes distributed?
Cash awards are sent via PayPal. Winners must confirm their PayPal email within 30 days of notification to claim their prize. If unconfirmed, the cash prize will be forfeited.
8. Can I enter if I’ve won other Awards?
Yes, winners of our monthly themed awards are welcome to reapply. However, winners of the Annual AweSnapp Artist Award are not eligible to enter future editions of the annual competition.
9. What happens if I don’t receive confirmation of my submission?
If you don’t hear back within 2-3 business days, please contact us for assistance.
